Meet Nathan
Born and raised in Long Beach, Nate has always been a strong advocate for the community. As an avid swimmer, ocean lifeguard, swim coach, and Real Estate Agent, Nate has always been entrenched in the Long Beach culture.
After graduating from Wilson High School, Nate attended USC, where he received a BS in Real Estate Development as well as a minor in Business Law. With a degree under his belt, he worked in commercial real estate for two years before making the transition to residential real estate.
Now with nearly ten years of experience in the industry, Nate is prepared to support any Real Estate need you may have. His clients have included: International commercial clients, residential investors, and home buyers and sellers at every level.
Over the years, Nate has built a large network of clients who are happy to praise his talents and continue to refer him to their friends and family. Working hard for this network, he regularly takes on clients with unique needs and is even more excited to do the legwork required to ensure satisfaction for those clients.
While operating a full time Real Estate business, coaching a Swim Club, and Lifeguarding in the summer, Nate is constantly pursuing new education courses in these fields. This diverse knowledge base provides a perspective for his clients that is unrivaled amongst his competitors.
